1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DDS Marketing website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

DDS Marketing provides dental practice recruiting services for non-clinical positions, including front office, administrative, and treatment coordinator roles. Our services include candidate sourcing, screening, personality testing, and placement support.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Our recruiting fee is $2,000 per hire.
• $1,000 is due upfront upon engagement of services.
• $1,000 is due upon successful placement of a candidate.
• Indeed ad spend is a separate cost and is billed directly for job advertising.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the position, office, and hiring needs
• Respond to candidate submissions and scheduling requests in a timely manner
• Make final hiring decisions independently
• Notify DDS Marketing promptly when a hire is made

5. No Guarantee of Placement

While we work diligently to find qualified candidates, DDS Marketing does not guarantee that a hire will be made. The final hiring decision rests entirely with the client.

6. Candidate Relationship

Candidates presented by DDS Marketing are not employees of DDS Marketing. We act solely as a recruiting intermediary. All employment relationships, terms, and conditions are between the client and the hired candidate.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the recruiting process. This includes candidate information, business details, and pricing arrangements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the DDS Marketing website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of DDS Marketing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

DDS Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to the performance or conduct of any candidate placed through our process.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the recruiting engagement at any time with written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and any outstanding balances remain due.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
